Auckland Team Manager, Sue Bearda has posted the following important information for selected athletes about entries for the 2010 Athletics New Zealand Track & Field Championships, to be held Fri 26-Sun 28 March in Christchurch.
Athletes should also refer to the National Champs information page on the Athletics Auckland website.
1. PLEASE DO NOT DO YOUR OWN ENTRY ONLINE.
Fill in your entry forms, include in Events the event you have been selected for AND any other events you wish to do (provided they meet ANZ entry standard).
Return the completed forms to the Athletics Auckland office or give them personally to Sue Bearda at Hotmeets, with the required payment. Cheques should be made out to Athletics Auckland Inc. You DO NOT pay the $10.00 paper entry fee, or for Relays.
Please complete your entries and get them to Athletics Auckland or Sue Bearda as soon as possible - well before the final closing date of 14 March.
2. ATHLETICS AUCKLAND WEBSITE
The list of selected athletes does not show all the events you have qualified in, just the first event that qualified you for the Auckland Team.

If you check this it may still show your Club, not Auckland; however, this will change when we submit our list to ANZ on 14 March.
4. UNIFORMS
The hire cost is $5.00; and uniforms must be returned to Athletics Auckland asap after the competition. Uniforms can be picked up from the Auckland Office Monday-Friday, 9.00am-2.30pm, Saturday 13 March 12noon-2.00pm, Saturday 20 March 12noon-2.00pm.
5. ACCOMMODATION
Please complete your forms and return them asap. If you don’t require accommodation please put that on the form and return to Sue.
Final Accommodation payments are due by Monday 22 March, but earlier is preferred.
The cost per person for three nights accommodation & four days transport is $145.00. Please make cheques payable to Athletics Auckland Inc.
