Great racing at the ACA Pairs Race

A great day at the ACA Pairs Race in Cornwall Park on Saturday.

The sun shone, the kids had a ball, the races were great to watch.

The format is unique with team members going opposite ways around the course till they meet, pass the baton and then turn and retrace their steps before waiting in the Collection Zone for their partner then going up the finish chute. All designed to teach younger athletes how to run / the importance of an even pace.
