​The ACA JUNIOR TRAIL COACHING SQUAD is specifically designed for 8-12 years olds across a 10 week block in Term 2 and 3 by our super coach Brent Foster.

​

The JUNIOR TRAIL COACHING SQUAD is 'old school' at its best. No two sessions are the same with a mix of trail running; sprint relays;  hill climbing and tag bullrush as we explore all the different paths of Cornwall Park.

​

We meet every Monday 4:30pm in Term 2 and 3 from Cornwall Park Cricket Club.

​

ACA partners with 5 neighbouring clubs to bring you the JUNIOR TRAIL COACHING SQUAD. These include the Pt Chevalier, Roskill South, Eastern, Hillsborough and Ellerslie Athletic Clubs.
